definitely I will buy property first.....at least must have a place to stay first before I get a car. I can use public transport to move around, but I cant be paying room rental all my life. So, will get house first, and as mentioned by others, property value will increase whereas car's value will depreciate...

Property first, as transport is pretty easy now a days. I can travel to anywhere easily without owning a car.

my idea is doesn't matter which first but build up a personal credit first once you had credit both house and car are not problem at all for sure
