There is 2ways to solve this problem:
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% l+ n7 H2 u( P2 r+ n6 l# a
1. don't delete the download seed first, try restart computer or retry the download client.公仔箱論壇' S& h& ~) i0 j3 M7 I; s
2. delete the download seed, then open again then torrent seed and retry the download

This problem usually appear in 'BitComet'

那个后缀名改成rmvb试试

i have the some issue, it is rmvb file and it download to 99.7% then it stop, i already try:

1) restart my computer, restart the file... ................still no go..

I having the same problem although i'm using bitcomet 1.14 latest version, some movies still hanged at 99.9%. I check from the bitcomet's FAQ the below result that i can get. My file download stops at 99.9%. What's up?

　　 There maybe many reasons why this happen, up to now, the most reasonable ones are as following:

* torrent is out of date without complete BT seed. Only if someone make up for the lacked seed or provide long-time seed can you complete the download in this situation. But for video files, 0.01% will not affect the complete.
* Besides video file, there are small image or text file contained in the BT task. As there is no seed or much less seed for these small files slows down the download speed. It's recommend you not download these extra files when selecting step.
* Old BitComet version bug. BitComet clients transfer torrent by pieces which have the same size. All the files in this torrent are splitted into pieces, the size of which has been appointed by the torrent file. If there is more than one file to transfer, there might be some pieces contain head of file A and meantime tail of file B. As a result, although all the content in file A downloaded, the status of the file might keep permanent “99.9% finished” because some content from file B in this piece has not been downloaded. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb0 N- J, Q4 z+ s, v3 ?$ T% u! This problem has been resolved in 0.85 and above version. It's suggest you update the BitComet to the latest version. Or stopping and restarting the task manually may work.

* Taskname.piece_part.bc! was deleted accidentally. There is a boundary date which is contained in this file, and hash-check failed when it was deleted. If this was the cause, perform a Manual hash-check upon completion and then restart task to download.5 P  L$ d! M, L! W9 t1 F+ F+ u2 ^
* Parts of the file were deleted, when exiting BitComet. At the next login, the remaining file progress will appear as 99.9%. This is caused by hash-check failure, as some boundary data was deleted. The solution is the same as above. I found another solution but i haven't try it yet.

This doesn't always happen at 99.9%, it happens when it has all but the last piece. This problem is usually caused by some NAT Routers corrupting the data and affects most, if not all, BitTorrent clients. Make sure you're using the latest firmware (check your manufacturer's website for official firmware and installation instructions). If you leave the torrent running long enough it'll probably finish, but it could take a long time and use a lot of download quota. But if you're not willing to wait or want a more permanent solution, stop your torrent and try the following...公仔箱論壇6 e( F, h8 L* S; \8 d+ q4 `

Possible Solution #1:

How this works... To keep the speed up right to the end of the torrent, once requests for all the required pieces are pending, BitTorrent requests them all from everyone that it's downloading from. It then sends cancel requests to everyone else each time one of the pieces arrives. So by lowering the connected peers to 1 it may stop the piece coming in from several peers at the same time and getting mangled by the router and/or BitTorrent/BitComet.

Possible Solution #2:

Select the torrent task in BitComet then click the Files section (bottom left in the main window). If it contains any of the following file types, right click them and select Priority > Disabled:

Next right click the torrent task and select Manual Hash Check - this will check the data for errors. Then resume your download and hopefully it will finish.

This may fix it because these files are hidden system files that are specific to each system, so if somebody mistakenly included them in the torrent there will be a constant file overwriting battle between BitComet and windows.

Make sure the following is disabled in your router:
DMZ Mode (where all packets are forwarded a single machine by default)
Game Mode (very few routers support this function, so you probably won't be able to find this option)

If DMZ was configured and has now been disabled, you'll need to set up static port forwarding (instructions here).

Possible Solution #4:

Disable/bypass your routers NAT and connect directly to the internet - so you can download the last piece of data without your NAT messing it up. Consult your routers user guide on how to do this.
