爆醬雞排\士林鸡排表皮~“做法”!!

爆醬雞排\士林鸡排时它的表皮不是脆脆的吗??那是怎样做的?还是外面买的到?

我(马来西亚人)下个星期一要考试要用到的。。谁会做的吗??

Season the Chicken with Salt and pepper
Coat the chicken with Flour, then beaten egg, and then bread Crumb
Deep fried them in 160 C's oil(Temperature)
