講述了首爾市政府機動隊科長與騙子同心協力，為徵收高額稅金滯納者的滯納稅金發生各種驚心動魄的故事。劇中包含了通過電話詐騙（Voice Phishing）、簡訊欺詐（smishing）等方式進行的不動產、保險、快遞等詐騙案件，展現了日常生活中人們能夠輕易接觸到、受害的欺詐方法。



人物介紹
楊政道－徐仁國‬ 飾
是個充滿魔性魅力，口才出色，擁有性感大腦的稀世騙子。

千勝熙－崔秀英 飾
在38機動隊服務，充滿正義感，堅守原則的公務員。
是個兼具外貌與家庭背景，僅花半年時間就考上公務員的稅物公務員。

白成日－馬東錫 飾
首爾市廳38機動隊科長。
依循原理、原則、誠實生活的稅務徵收公務員，但對於逃漏稅的人們忍無可忍，認為無法再用合理方法對付他們，所以決定開始用「其它方式」來徵收稅務。
