FOX 在 2010年收播的熱門影集「24反恐任務」（24），決定推出有限度的劇集，製作單位已與男主角Kiefer Sutherland接洽，再度飾演曾為他贏得艾美獎的特工傑克‧鮑爾（Jack Bauer）。
