国阵在其竞选诺言纳入降低车价20%至30%，导致消费者暂时搁下其购车大计，静候政府宣布降价；国际贸易及工业部长慕斯达法今日表示，国阵将履行其竞选宣言，车价将从现在至2017年，在5年内分阶段调低。

when there's any increment to toll price, water tariff, electricity tariff, implementation of GST, implementation 1Care health plan, and all sorts of things that force me to fork more money out, it is always to be done swiftly and one shot.0 Z) X4 i. p4 _2 ` k) V7 x1 ?) W
when it comes to reducing price, reducing tax, and other plans that will bring benefits to the common folks, it must be done in stages, it will be implemented in 5 years time, cannot be done in one shot.
