像水母也像捕蠅草的Predatory Tunicate

Predatory Tunicate （Megalodicopia hians）"捕食海鞘"[中文名稱是直接翻譯]也被稱為Ghostfish.

是一個海鞘物種.它生活在沿深海峽谷壁和海底.看似有點像水母和捕蠅草之間，平時它保持它的嘴關閉，直到它準備吃時才打開,當小動物向內漂移近,它的嘴是很快速關閉.

生活在深海峽谷深處200-1,000米（660-3,280英尺）。他們主要吃浮游動物和小動物的。

I just do a google search the name "ghostfish" is not the type you mentioned. However, "Megalodicopia hians" is exactly same as you described. They are so colorful & looks like glass bottles inlaying in the sea bed! Fantastic!
