有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇- w6 j6 f5 @; X& j
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。; u& \8 t4 J- @1 u& B
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb  s( d. }% _; O: p" @6 v1 @
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.www1.tvboxnow.com  o% z4 \5 y; a$ z2 [9 ~
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。6 z! Z& x4 y. {
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
