I using bitcomet 0.84 now. Below are mine setting. Hope that this setting can increase your download speed.) S- b3 D* {, A2 d% O! x

Go to option > Preference
Connection: www1.tvboxnow.com4 u5 f+ `2 x$ Q* H
-->Global Max upload speed:( Go to www.speedtest.net to test your upload speed and use only 80% of it. Remenber to change the kbps to kb/s)公仔箱論壇# ?) J2 i% U9 [6 _0 f
-->Max simultaneous download tasks number put it at 2 unless your download speed is very fast then u increase it.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。5 w; y) |; n& n2 E. l/ R
-->Now choose listen port between 49152 and 65534.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- l3 Y! ]+ j7 D# P0 f
(Note if you are using router remenber to forward the port.)

Now go to Advance

(Note: In XP sp1 the half open TCP is unlimted but in XP sp2 it was limit to 10 only as to prevent worms and this is why our download speed get slower.)

I use XP SP2, so in connection "Maximun simultaneous half open TCP connection",TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。$ l% c" j4 t+ `) s, D' p" S* T3 F
I should change to 10 or 500? I change my Window Xp sp2 TCP to 10 already?公仔箱論壇& e& c. ~( V( H* m8 D0 t
Also the number of the listen port you show I don't have that kind of number, I have the small amount number like 7074, 7155, 7970, 8101, 17113, 18143.......the highest number I have is 27756.
I think maybe I live in New York, that's why the listen port number is different. h; i$ c8 l% j9 S: v, o( M3 a( t

10 is sp2 default setting. u should change to 500 or minimun 100 using the file i upload. ) i: A# v2 |+ R* d
as for the listen port 49152 and 65534 is recomend by bitcomet. u just change it and then forward the port if u are behind router.公仔箱論壇3 d) M$ c9 l6 D# t# b

I have the other question, everytime I change my setting and later on I restart my computer, all my setting is gone to be default. How can I fix it ?

you mean bitcomet setting is gone?
i have not encounted this kind of problem before. Maybe u can reinstall the bitcomet and try again.
or did u press ok after u do all the setting or u just straight away exit bitcomet?
