[疑難排除] 两个antivirus

我本身用avasto的，后来uninstall了，但还是留有14.多的mb的files不能delete
于是我用avirA后来，because want to change to avira premium so i unistall it
but now , i cant install the avira premium and also cant use the avira personal and also de avast !

who can teach me how to delete it two ??
and can anyone give me a good antivirus so that i not need always change !!

建议你用nod32
不错一下
还有如果可以
你去你电脑里面的add or remove program in start panel there
so u can completely remove all the components u want to remove

i have the same problem... last time using avg but now using avast... so now 2 also cant used and cant delete.. haizz... if found the solution dont mind to let me know also... tq very much

1。进 Safe Mode uninstall it ~

To get into the Windows 2000 / XP Safe mode, as the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key" which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" as shown below. Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.

2。或是，使用 avast uninstall utility
