Nowthis has been a debate for some time… it looks as ifthe NBA committee has come up with a proposal about these types of situations,among others, to help correct “bad calls” with officials:

The coaches’rules committee has made a formal recommendation that each team receive oneinstant-replay challenge to be used in the last two minutes of regulation orovertime. If the challenge of the three-vs.-two call was successful, then thechallenging team would retain the right to challenge another play. But if theoriginal call was upheld, then the challenging team would lose either a fulltimeout or — if all those timeouts had been spent — a 20-second timeout. A team without timeouts could notissue a challenge.
聯盟規則委員會已經正式制定出一個規則建議，就是每支球隊在比賽的常規時間的最後兩分鐘和加時賽，如果對裁判的判罰有爭議，都有一次機會可以提出上訴并要求進行【即時錄像回放】。如果爭議的結果是3票對2票，那麽上訴就有效，那麽提出上訴的球隊還會保留對另一次有爭議判罰提出上訴的權利。但是如果原定判罰是繼續維持有效的話，那麽提出上訴的隊伍將會失去一次長暫停或者如果這個隊伍已經用完了長暫停，就會失去一次20秒暫停。一個用完暫停的隊伍是沒有權利對有爭議的判罰提出上訴。 |
