甘文烟底座，在每一间神佛用品店都有卖。
把甘文烟点着，放在底座上，佛牌在烟上熏，边熏边念经。
可也不用每一次都念，多久要念一次，看您个人咯...

最重要是每天早上出门前，把佛牌往头顶上轻放（双手合十，佛牌在掌心），然后心中默念 ...
