it is the encoding problem...
try the method i am gonna tell u below and c if it works:
simply copy and paste all the characters u want to see into a text (.txt) file, and then use ur browser to open it. u should be able to change the code to simplified chinese, assuming ur using traditional chinese system,  and see what u want to see. if ur system has simplified chinese, just do the method mentioned above.
althou i think this is a very feasible way of changing encoding without havin to bother switchin ur system locale, i havent personally used this method to view the characters that r messy. so, its not a guarantee~  ^^
