As you say changed to "disabled" but it problem still the same! after test

what I been done is un-installed and clear both Utorrent & media player software,/ q. m1 b- J) `/ L. h* O
after tried a couple of times & re-installed twice it works now.

& z1 i% p+ w0 J+ c2 c- `2 w  ^9 dtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb以后尽可能只用一种codec bundled player， 因相同codec pack会发生conflict冲突到引致两个player甚至所有播放软件都不能正常操作
