為什麼有些電視劇或電影永遠不可以100%下載?

為什麼有些電視劇或電影,無論怎樣下載,最多只完成99.XX%,未完成的檔案,KMPlayer/VLC 也不能夠打開來觀看,永遠不能100%下載,如何解決?謝謝幫忙!

I have no idea. However if the files are no in REAL format then you can still use VLC to play them. The files will skip at some point. I had downloaded two incomplete files both of them replay fine with VLC.
