files appear ?????? can't download

l just download bitcomet 0.59,the speed is really improved, but the problem is when the type of files appear ????????   ( can't access folder ) then l can't download, l think the ???????????  is a chinese word. can anybody tell me  how to change the ????????  to a word.  thank you !
