it is about US$6 for just wonton, and US$7-8 if wonton n char siew ..n for most fried or pan fried is bet $8-13
how much does it cost in KL now
in KL..a bowl of noodle is around RM4 - 6, like the shop around road side...
if in hyper mall...will cost around RM 7- 9 like that...

周爷~ 肉骨茶系马来西亚ge美味出名食物之一。

肉骨茶



制作方法十分简单,“肉骨”是采用猪的肋排,将之斩成单骨约一指长的段状,飞水之后再过冷后,去除表面的杂质。然后,取一些去了“衣”的蒜肉,先用油炸至金黄色,再飞水去掉油分,加入一些淮山药、杞子、桂圆等药材,再加入陈皮、白胡椒、甘草、八角等香料,然后将所有材料放入煲内,加水用文火熬约3-4小时,调入盐等味料,即可成为一道极具异国风味的“肉骨茶”了。通常会配搭一碟“指天椒酱油”,供以蘸排骨或佐汤调味之用,不喜食辣者亦可配以普通酱油。
