[Windows] 新電腦intel i7, 8 MB, ie browser 很慢

求助! 買了新電腦intel i7 350, 8 MB. 安裝所有software 後. ie browser (internet explorer) 很慢.  60 秒オ打開 hotmail.

用了software to fix registry, startup, update driver, 都冇用!

請多多指教.
