Lamborghini Sesto Elemento

Succeeding ‘A Surreal Look into Lamborghini’s Egoista,’ the Italian carmaker delivers yet another video highlighting one of its adventurously designed supercars. Officially debuted at 2010’s Paris Moto Show, the Sesto Elmento – Italian for “Sixth Element” – is a two-seater coupe with a 6-speed paddle shift semiautomatic transmission and a 5.2 liter V10 engine that matches Lambo’s highly-circulated Gallardo. Constructed mainly from carbon fiber to reduce its total weight down to a size comparable to that of a subcompact – thus becoming the lightest Lamborghini ever made – its name is appropriately in reference to the atomic number for carbon. The automaker announced late last year its plans to produce just 20 Sesto Elementos exclusively for track use and today we get our first look at the performance of this wonderful piece of engineering. Lamborghini Silhouette P300
The Lamborghini Silhouette P300 was a two-door two-seat mid-engined rear-wheel drive sports car, made in small numbers by Lamborghini between 1976 and 1979. Officially presented at the 1976 Geneva Auto Show, the Silhouette began as a styling exercise by noted Italian Carrozzeria Bertone. It was based on the earlier Lamborghini Urraco, but was distinguished from the Urraco by more angular styling. The Silhouette was the first Lamborghini to employ a targa top roof. The Silhouette later evolved into the similar looking but more successful Lamborghini Jalpa. The car had a 3.0 litre all-aluminium alloy Lamborghini V8 internal-combustion engine mounted transversely behind the driver. Of the 54 units built (only 12 with right-hand drive), 31 are currently known to exist.
Official performance figures indicate the Silhouette could complete the 0 to 100 kilometres per hour (0 to 62.1 mph) sprint in 6.5 seconds, 0 to 100 miles per hour (0 to 161 km/h) in 16.1 seconds, and could reach a top speed of 260 kilometres per hour (160 mph)

Diablo Millennium Roadster (2000)The cars for the US were only available in a special mixture, Titanium Metallic finish, in fact it was actually a shade lighter than the earlier Titanium metallic color available for the Roadster, but the biggest difference was on the inside, a two tone leather interior. On the Titanium version the seats were covered with a mix of gray and black leather, a very nice combination that made the interior look brighter.

Lamborghini Jalpa
The Lamborghini Jalpa was made by the Italian sportscar manufacturer between 1981 and 1988. It featured a 3.5liter V8 engine and was a basically a modified Lamborghini Silhouette created to make a car that was more affordable to the general public. The Lamborghini Jalpa could do 1-62mph in six seconds with a top speed of 145mph.
When the car hit the market in 1981, the plastic components (bumpers, air intakes and engine cover) were black, and the car carried over the rectangular taillights of the Silhouette. This was changed in 1984 when round taillights were fitted and the black plastic parts were replaced by parts in body color.
In 1988, after falling sales, the new owners, Chrysler, decided to end Jalpa production despite being Lamborghini's most successful V8 car to date having sold 410 units.
