The file can't be downloaded completely as only 99.8% is done. There are 4 MB being left unfinished.  Please fix the problem.

I've tried to download the movie several times but in vain. the reason is the file stopping to download when it reached 99.8% leaving 4 MB unable to finish. Since the incomplete part is at the beginning, I can't open the file. I would appreciate it very much if you could fix it.

I tried many times in downloading this file but in vain. Every time it stopped at 99.8% leaving 4 Mb unable to be incomplete. As the missing part is at the beginning, the video file can't be open even though it's 99.8% is done.  I appreciate it very much if you could fix this problem by placing a seed so that I can finish loading the file.
