I would straightly tell to my boss like that:

This job is absolutely meaningless and pointless to me.., I've been patiently suffering on your shitty attitude since I started!!!!!!
Now!!! I'm gonna take a serious action, today..!!!!  
I have to reasonably get all of my additional compensation..!!!!!!
If you're willing to offer me a 3 times higher than my current salary.., 4 days off a week, 3 hours lunch break plus $5000 entertainment fee with prescription and dental benefits..and etc.............  I will think to stay................
If not?  Wait for my resign letter from my lawyer <-------(Myself)............!!!!
