Gujarat: Asiatic lions near Port Pipavav scare away security guard
A group of lions suddenly appeared near Pipavav reliance defence company on the night of April 6, which forced the security guard to flee his position. A video of this incident went viral on social media. The video shows the group of lions moving near the gate of a company. The security guard ran leaving his chair behind out of fear. The five lions were moving in search of prey. According to the forest department there are around 100 lions that have made their habitat near the areas of Rajula and Pipavav which is a revenue area.
