3 m& R: L! v+ @0 R: g2. 燒熱鑊下油 1 湯匙,放入雞中翼用中小火煎至兩面金黃色,下薑絲炒香,加入梅子肉及調味料煮至雞中翼全熟及汁液收少,上碟伴上絲。

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok. Fry chicken wings over medium-low heat until both sides turn golden brown. Add ginger shreds and stir fry until fragrant.Add plums and seasoning. Cook until chicken wings are done and the sauce is thickened. Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot.
