I download a lots of iphone apps that ended with .ipa.zip

Anyone know how to install it to iphone 3GS 16GB

first need to rename your files with extension ipa, then JB your 3G phone, install appsyn from cydia
and lastly, add files to your library in Itune

how to change the extension from.ipa.zip to.ipa

what software to use. when I use rename I only can remove .ipa

I cannot see there is any .zip

please help
