[疑問求助] Any remedy for Dog ear infection? (Yeast type)

I have just came back from the vet. The 5yr old Schnauzer has chronic ear infection. (Yeast type) It is like $113 oz. for antibiotic drop and ear cleaner solution.Do you have any good home remedy? or suggestion.

The vet describes the skin on the ear is not smooth but a lot of tiny dimble. (like dimble on your skin while you are cold).

We notice the problem only 2 days ago when she cry in pain when we touch her ear.

在獸醫藥物（抗菌，抗酵母...多用途）滴耳工作非常好。
在週末，我們給她洗澡，剪頭髮。當我們夾脫落的頭髮在耳朵和周圍的耳朵。通風在耳邊也提高了。所有這些因素都幫助。她恢復得很好。我不會說這是一種慢性耳的問題了。

Use baby power ... HK is humid and the only way is too make their ears dry all the time

Do you put the powder on the inside of the ear canal or just the out side? I bought some ear wash medication from the vet for long term use (after she finish the anti-bacterial drops or the 2nd visit of the vet that I can stop)

outside.. and then use cotton tip for inside.. the ear canal for dog is longer than human so you can go a little deep..... I don't think anti-bacterial should be used that often...
Ask your vet.. It works for my dog....

I got a bottle of ear cleaning liquid from the vet. I need to take the dog back to the vet tomorrow night for a follow up.

I have came back from the vet tonight. Her left ear is cleared but the right ear still needs 3-6 days more treatment.
He is still concern about chronic ear problem (ie ear infection repeatedly)
The vet has explained couple things:
1) The inside of the ear should be shiny and smooth. The fold or ridge inside the ear should be sharp instead of rounded (swollen)
2) Matted hair on the ear (for floppy ear) usually translate to ear infection. I have just give her a clip on the ear last week. (improves ventilation, reduce temp in the ear canal, reduce humidity...)
3) he does not suggest me to use cotton tip, just wet cotton to wipe her ear (inside) regularly
