U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is KB/s then it is decent.

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.www1.tvboxnow.com( g3 C, d1 S# T) i! \

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.8 A) o O- l) U* [ X6 Z

You need to post your utorrent congfig here so we know your settings.

And are you using Vista or XP?
