use itunes, go to File>>Add file to library, then locate and open your ipa, it should automatically transfer to ur iphone when u sync

jail break yet?
if yes , drag the ipa file into itune. then sync.
That's it

i think haven jailbreak u cannot install, u can only install from itunes/ appsstore from apple. Why not you Jailbreak it??
