[輕度改裝] Lipping the mudguard.

Does anyone know where can I go to lip the guard in Sydney? I've changed the alloy wheels a while ago,which rear wheels are just hit the mud-guard when I carry 5 people in the car. I'd be appreciated if any one would advise me.
