[Windows] Problem with IP address and MAC address

Do you know what is the difference between an IP Address and a MAC Address?
hmm... i still not fully understand about both of that XD
i hope you all can teach me about that

IP Address got a lot of meaning,

Your laptop gain IP Address from the wifi, but remember the IP Address that gain can change if next time you logging.

For MAC Address, Like the address on your hardware, cannot be change and like your name cannot be change.

For people to ban the people coming to the router, they will take their MAC Address and set in the ban list..
