哈塞尔特,比利时东北部城市。林堡(Limburg)省省会,实施给文化遗产注入新生命”的古城保护理念,城內有一个昔日的磨坊工厂，现在是创新型经济中心，里面有剧院、书店、电视学院、美术馆。而比利时国家杜松子酒博物馆就设在哈塞尔特市中心的一个酿酒厂中，真实地再现了19世纪的蒸馏工艺，因此“给文化遗产注入新生命”是一种行之有效的古城保护方法。* F. ~6 \6 A6 D$ K6 l' A

The famous horse (and pony) market of Elst has become so famous that the authorities here wanted to give it a more permanent presence in town. In the square in from of the church one finds a statue that shows the love towards this yearly event and that also shows the traditional way of selling"clapping hands" ! d. t8 [0 D% t6 O7 ?, A) }5 b6 L.
