BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。$ H. S8 [% n8 ]3 q" d7 n
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
/ {9 S4 l$ J% K# n+ H( f公仔箱論壇1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
- T1 @( C; H( B4 ^" ~) p2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
- W: T& l7 S; l3 d3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb, e1 \- t& A; }9 t% V
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇4 |9 q& H$ t/ k# U
