BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，; u8 H. `% p. J; y$ d
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.公仔箱論壇9 H& {0 `/ `, D$ _/ I
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
& _; J; K. [$ O+ `8 p4 y1 f3 K- g' `www1.tvboxnow.com2) not many people are down loading the same topic.  s9 G, ]) u5 r. E# S
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.( Q. K# D: w5 J/ S: ?8 K6 s9 `
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. ( K; q: w1 D( \6 }; |+ D/ i, T3 y
0 ]. }  t8 q: O  f" u: h; t
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
