My BT was older 1.03 version ,if i want update to 1.07,0 l4 E$ g2 V6 H" ~6 {, A
i need uninstall before install a new version??

Nah, I don't think you need to uninstall. You just need to upgrade. It normally asks if you want to upgrade to the new version when you open Bitcommit.
