Too much restrictions is not useful either.

Intense exercise is definitely not advisable after dinner, cause the digestive system needs plenty of blood to complete the digestion of food.  Hard studying is similarly not advisable, cause it causes the brain to compete with the stomach and intestines for blood supply.
