There is vampire in the world, but if they bit someone, taht wont turn that person into vampire too. Vampire is actually someone with blood taht can't bind with oxygen (which normal blood does) and provide oxygen to other organs. so they need normally blood. Another type of vampire is that they drink blood coz they like it, it is a kinda sickness.
