Cross breeding and fashion trends have caused traditional herding dogs of the UK to either decline in numbers or to become extinct. With the help of her beloved pet Teg, a Welsh Sheepdog, Kate Humble sets out to breed her and produce puppies in order to help these rare working dogs thrive once again.
