I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morningwww1.tvboxnow.com( V2 }3 h' M, m7 H+ @
Streamyx combo 5 packages 4.0Mbps

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s
