BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇+ J5 L2 o: d. Y+ J; n# P
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.' h9 A0 C- r* `4 C  ~: f

2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

4) The version , you have is not good.

I'm currently having the same problem.; s5 ]4 q* _7 b. Y
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
