seriously i think parents should not do that..and it is annoying.
if you have a girlfriend, just tell them you need to get to know this person better.  ask them if they want to see you get divorced in the future, for not taking your time to know this person.
if you don't have a girlfriend, just tell them you're looking for the perfect one before commiting
