to defroast meat, you can
1) in the fridge, just put meat from freezer to fridge level and leave overnight or until completely thrawed.  this would take the longest but would be the safest and best method
2) soak in water bath, if meat is inside package put whole pack in water bath and change water every so often.  this is faster and easy to do. but might introduce water to your meat and reduce flavor.
3) microwave, defrost option..the fastest option.
