Canada is an immigration country and she honors her civilian freedom of choices.  Guns are available to licensed civilian for sports and hunting.  There are always people who abuse the freedom given to them.  Then again, Canada is still relatively safe because there are multi cultures living here and we respect each other to make the living here.
