You can download the software uTorrent from here: http://www.utorrent.com/downloads/
When you find the source, for example, in: http://os.tvboxnow.com/thread-2144805-1-1.html
you will see links like: TVBOXNOW 回到三國 RMVB Ch22.torrent (23.8 KB)
click on that link, you will be prompted to open or save.  Choose Open, and by default, (if you already installed uTorrent) it will open uTorrent for you.  Just wait until uTorrent tells you it has finished downloaded the file.
