Probably u didn't install ur heatsink correctly.
If u did, try clean out all old thermal compound and apply the better ones from this article:

Make sure u don't use too much compound.

我是原厂风扇的8200...full load的温度大约50几度而已...所以跟原厂的风扇关系应该不大...你的机箱的通风状况如何?如果机箱通风不好,热能无法散出,自然就会高温了咯

45nm的处理器不会超过60度的，你可能是装散热器，没完整插好。。
