Thanks for sharing.  They are all fresh water fishing and most probably in rivers and lakes of North American.   They sure are very exciting to fight and get on board.  Great pictures.

Jig, you are absolutely correct.  Sturgen has been classified as protected sporting fish and it is allowed to fish but you have to release it.

Sturgeon is OK to catch but has to release them unharmed after hooked.  The laws state that there is no barb on the hook and therefore it will not harm the fish in any way Or you will be charged $5,000 and jail time !
